Approved Laboratories. Any and all drug or alcohol assessments conducted pursuant to this Agreement shall be conducted by a laboratory certified by the National Institute on Drug Abuse and approved in advance by CHCCS, and the results shall be transmitted directly from the laboratory to the designated representative of CHCCS.
