APPROVED EQUIPMENT Sample Clauses

The "Approved Equipment" clause defines which specific tools, machinery, or devices are permitted for use under the terms of an agreement. Typically, this clause lists or references equipment that has been vetted and authorized by one or both parties, ensuring that only those meeting certain standards or specifications are used in the performance of contractual obligations. By clearly identifying acceptable equipment, the clause helps maintain quality, safety, and compliance, while minimizing disputes over the suitability or reliability of the tools employed.
