Approved Additional Services. HTI shall provide the Approved Additional Services and Approved WiMax Services, as applicable, in accordance with the terms applicable thereto as set forth in this Agreement and in any amendment hereto contemplated by Subparagraphs 2(h)(i) through 2(h)(iii) below.
