Common use of Approval Process Clause in Contracts

Approval Process. Landlord shall notify Tenant whether Landlord approves of the submitted working drawings within five (5) business days after ▇▇▇▇▇▇’s submission thereof. If Landlord disapproves of such working drawings, then Landlord shall notify Tenant thereof specifying in reasonable detail the reasons for such disapproval, in which case Tenant shall, within five (5) business days after such notice, revise such working drawings in accordance with ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’s objections and submit the revised working drawings to Landlord for its review and approval. Landlord shall notify Tenant in writing whether Landlord approves of the resubmitted working drawings within two (2) business days after its receipt thereof. This process shall be repeated until the working drawings have been finally approved by Landlord. If Landlord fails to notify Tenant that Landlord disapproves of the initial working drawings within five (5) business days (or, in the case of resubmitted working drawings, within two (2) business days) after the submission thereof, then Landlord shall be deemed to have approved the working drawings in question.

If the working drawings are not fully approved by both Landlord fails to notify and Tenant that Landlord disapproves by the twentieth (20th ) Business Day after the delivery of the initial draft thereof to Landlord, then each day after such time period that such working drawings within five (5) business days (or, in the case of resubmitted working drawings, within two (2) business days) after the submission thereof, then are not fully approved by both Landlord and Tenant shall be deemed to have approved the working drawings in questionconstitute a Tenant Delay Day.

At such time as Landlord fails to notify Tenant that approves the Working Drawings, Landlord disapproves shall also specify whether any of the initial working drawings within five (5) business days (or, Tenant Improvements set forth in such Working Drawings are required to be removed upon the case expiration or earlier termination of resubmitted working drawings, within two (2) business days) after the submission thereof, then Landlord shall be deemed to have approved the working drawings in questionLease.

Landlord shall notify Tenant in writing whether Landlord it approves of the resubmitted working drawings within two five (25) business days after its receipt thereof. This process shall be repeated until the working drawings have been finally approved by Tenant and Landlord. If Landlord fails shall advise Tenant in writing at the time of Landlord’s approval whether or not Tenant will be required to notify Tenant that Landlord disapproves remove such alterations at the end of the initial working drawings within five (5) business days (or, in Term of the case of resubmitted working drawings, within two (2) business days) after the submission thereof, then Landlord shall be deemed to have approved the working drawings in questionLease.

If Ifthe working drawings are not fully approved (or deemed approved) by both Landlord fails to notify and Tenant that Landlord disapproves by the fifteenth (15th) business day after the delivery of the initial draft thereof to Landlord, then each day after such time period that such working drawings within five are not fully approved (5or deemed approved) business days (or, in the case of resubmitted working drawings, within two (2) business days) after the submission thereof, then by both Landlord and Tenant shall be deemed to have approved the working drawings in questionconstitute a Tenant Delay day.

If Landlord fails to notify Tenant that Landlord it disapproves of the initial working drawings within five (5) business days Business Days (or, in the case of resubmitted working drawings, within two (2) business daysBusiness Days) after the submission thereof, then Landlord shall be deemed to have approved the working drawings in question.

Approval Process. Landlord and Tenant shall review the Tenant’s Working Drawings concurrently. Tenant shall notify Tenant Landlord as to whether Landlord or not it approves or disapproves of the submitted working drawings Tenant’s Working Drawings within five ten (510) business days after ▇▇▇▇▇▇Landlord’s submission thereofthereof to Tenant. If Landlord Tenant disapproves of such working drawingsTenant’s Working Drawings, then Landlord Tenant shall notify Tenant Landlord thereof specifying in reasonable detail the reasons for such disapproval. Within five (5) days of receipt of such notification, in which case Landlord and Tenant will convene to agree upon resolution of the reasons for disapproval. Thereafter, Landlord shall, within five ten (510) business days after such notice, revise such working drawings Tenant’s Working Drawings in accordance with ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇resolution of Tenant’s objections and submit the revised working drawings Tenant’s Working Drawings to Landlord Tenant for its review and approval. Landlord Tenant shall notify Tenant Landlord in writing whether Landlord it approves of the resubmitted working drawings Tenant’s Working Drawings within two ten (210) business days after its receipt thereof. This process shall be repeated until the working drawings Tenant’s Working Drawings have been finally approved by Tenant and Landlord. If Landlord fails The parties shall use commercially reasonable efforts to notify Tenant that Landlord disapproves of finalize the initial working drawings within five (5) business days (orTenant’s Working Drawings on or before December 1, in the case of resubmitted working drawings, within two (2) business days) after the submission thereof, then Landlord shall be deemed to have approved the working drawings in question2021.

Any delay caused by Tenant’s withholding of its consent or delay in giving its written approval as to such working drawings shall constitute a Tenant Delay Day (defined below).
