Common use of Approval of Agreements Clause in Contracts

Approval of Agreements. Except as otherwise authorized by this Agreement or in the ordinary course of business, not to enter into, modify, amend or terminate any other agreement with respect to its Property which would encumber or be binding upon its Property from and after the applicable Closing Date without in each instance obtaining the prior written consent of the Purchaser, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld, delayed or conditioned.
