Common use of Appropriate Dress Clause in Contracts

Appropriate Dress. All Staff are encouraged to pay particular attention to their dress and appearance. Please dress in a manner that is appropriate for your position and the work that you do. Professional dress is required for regular classroom instruction. Employees are strongly discouraged from using their personal cell phone during the school day. When necessary, employees may use their personal cell phones and similar communication devices only during non-instructional time. In no event shall an employee’s use of a cell phone interfere with the employee’s job obligations and responsibilities.
