Apprentice Wage Rates. Apprentice wage rates for apprentices employed after April 28, 1997, shall be the following percentage of the applicable journeyman rate: Start: 70% After 1 year: 90% After 3 Months: 80% After 18 Months: 95% After 6 Months: 85% After 2 years: 100%
