Apprentice/Trainee Agreement Clause Samples

Apprentice/Trainee Agreement. An Apprentice/Trainee must be engaged subject to a training agreement consistent with Australian Qualification Framework (AQF) requirements. Apprentices/Trainees shall not be required to work overtime unless over 18 years of age. When an Apprentice/Trainee is required to attend a technical college or school as part of their training on a day that they are rostered off, the Employer will roster an alternative day off to be agreed with the Apprentice/Trainee.
