Apprentice/Trainees Clause Samples

The 'Apprentice/Trainees' clause defines the terms and conditions under which apprentices or trainees are engaged within an organization. It typically outlines the eligibility criteria, duration of training, supervision requirements, and the rights and obligations of both the trainee and the employer. For example, it may specify that trainees must be supervised by a qualified staff member and are entitled to certain benefits or protections during their training period. This clause ensures that the engagement of apprentices and trainees is conducted in a structured and compliant manner, protecting both parties and supporting workforce development.
