Common use of Apprentice Ratio Clause in Contracts

Apprentice Ratio. All apprentices employed under the terms of this agreement shall be members in good standing of the Millwright Union. All apprentices will be indentured to the Millwrights Local Union 2736 and shall be placed on jobs that will provide a full and complete apprenticeship. The maximum ratio of apprentices to journeymen millwrights on the job will be one apprentice to the first two journeymen and one additional apprentice to every four thereafter.
