Apprentice Program. In order that an adequate supply of competent, skilled craftsmen shall be available at all times, it is agreed between the parties hereto that an apprentice program may be established by mutual consent of the Union and the Employer, the terms of such apprentice program to be mutually agreed upon. Such an apprentice program shall not conflict with federal or state apprenticeship laws. Any participation in such program must be agreed upon in advance, must be in writing, between the Employer and the Union.
