Appraisal Process. If the Parties cannot reach agreement on the FMV Rent or the Board does not approve the agreed upon FMV Rent as described in Section 5.2.2.1 at least nine (9) months prior to the scheduled Periodic Adjustment Date, then the Parties shall determine FMV Rent by the procedures described in Sections 5.2.2.3 through 5.2.2.5 below.
