Common use of Appraisal Process Clause in Contracts

Appraisal Process. In the case of a proposed Sale pursuant to Section 3.4 to a Prospective Buyer which is an Affiliate of a ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Investor or a Bain Investor, such proposed Sale shall not be effected pursuant to the provisions of Section 3.4 unless the Appraisal Process is followed.
