Appointment Time Clause Samples

The Appointment Time clause defines the specific date and time when a service provider is scheduled to perform services for a client. It typically outlines how the appointment is set, any requirements for confirmation or changes, and may address what happens if either party is late or needs to reschedule. This clause ensures both parties have a clear understanding of their obligations regarding timing, reducing the risk of missed appointments or scheduling conflicts.
