Appointment, Terms, Stipend. The three (3) teacher members shall be appointed as per the TCNEA Constitution and By-Laws. The administrative team members will be appointed by the Superintendent. The LPDC teacher members will serve rotating terms as per the TCNEA Constitution and By-Laws. The administrative members will also serve rotating terms. Release time shall be used as needed, with the approval of the Superintendent.
