Common use of Appointment of the Agent Clause in Contracts

Appointment of the Agent. Each Bank hereby appoints the Agent to act as its agent in connection with this Agreement and the other Facility Documents and authorises the Agent to exercise such rights, powers and discretions as are specifically delegated to the Agent by the terms hereof together with all such rights, powers and discretions as are reasonably incidental thereto.

Appointment of the Agent. Each Bank of the Banks, the Issuing Banks, the Standby Lender, the Co-Arrangers and the Security Agent hereby appoints the Agent to act as its agent in connection with under this Agreement and the other Facility Documents and authorises the Agent to exercise with such rights, powers and discretions as are specifically expressly delegated to the Agent by the terms hereof together with all such rights, powers and discretions as are reasonably incidental theretohereunder.

Appointment of the Agent. Each Bank hereby appoints the Agent to act as its agent in connection with this Agreement and the other Facility Documents herewith and authorises the Agent to execute and deliver any and all certificates and other documents contemplated by any of the Transaction Documents and to exercise such rights, powers powers, authorities and discretions as are specifically delegated to the Agent by the terms hereof together with all such rights, powers powers, authorities and discretions as are reasonably incidental thereto.

Each Bank hereby appoints the Agent to act as its agent in connection with this Agreement and the other Facility Financing Documents and authorises the Agent to exercise such rights, powers and discretions as are specifically delegated to the Agent by the terms hereof together with all such rights, powers and discretions as are reasonably incidental thereto.

Each Bank of the Arranger and the Banks hereby appoints the Agent to act as its agent in connection with this Agreement and the other Facility Finance Documents and authorises the Agent to exercise such rights, powers powers, authorities and discretions as are specifically delegated to the Agent by the terms hereof thereof together with all such rights, powers powers, authorities and discretions as are reasonably incidental thereto.
