Common use of Appointment of Sub-Advisor Clause in Contracts

Appointment of Sub-Advisor. (a) The Advisor hereby employs the Sub-Advisor, and the Sub-Advisor hereby accepts such employment, to render investment advice and related services with respect to the Allocated Portion of the assets of the Fund for the period and on the terms set forth in this Agreement, subject to the supervision and direction of the Advisor and the Trust’s Board of Trustees.

Appointment of Sub-Advisor. (a) The Advisor desires to engage and hereby employs the Sub-Advisor, and appoints the Sub-Advisor hereby accepts such employment, to render act as investment advice and related services with respect to the Allocated Portion sub-advisor for that portion of the assets of the Fund that the Advisor determines to allocate to the Sub-Advisor from time to time (referred to herein as the "Sub-Advisory Portfolio"). The Sub-Advisor accepts the appointment and agrees to furnish the services described herein for the period and on the terms compensation set forth in this Agreement, subject to the supervision and direction of the Advisor and the Trust’s Board of Trusteesbelow.

Appointment of Sub-Advisor. (a) The Advisor desires to engage and hereby employs the Sub-Advisor, and appoints the Sub-Advisor hereby accepts such employment, to render act as investment advice and related services with respect to the Allocated Portion sub-advisor for that portion of the assets of each Fund that the Fund Advisor determines to allocate to the Sub-Advisor from time to time (each referred to herein as a “Sub-Advisory Portfolio”). The Sub-Advisor accepts the appointment and agrees to furnish the services described herein for the period and on the terms compensation set forth in this Agreement, subject to the supervision and direction of the Advisor and the Trust’s Board of Trusteesbelow.

The Sub-Advisor accepts such appointment and agrees to furnish the services herein set forth, subject to for the supervision and direction of the Advisor and the Trust’s Board of Trusteescompensation herein provided.

(a) The Advisor hereby employs the Sub-Advisor, and the Sub-Advisor hereby accepts such employment, to render investment advice and related services with respect to the Allocated Portion of the assets of the Fund for the period and on the terms set forth in this Agreement, subject to the supervision and direction of the Advisor and the Trust’s Board of TrusteesTrustees and in accordance with the investment guidelines attached hereto as “Exhibit E” (the “Investment Guidelines”).

(a) The Advisor hereby employs appoints the Sub-AdvisorAdvisor to render investment research and advisory services to the Advisor with respect to the Funds, under the supervision of the Advisor and subject to the approval and direction of the Trust's Board of Trustees, and the Sub-Advisor hereby accepts such employmentappointment, to render investment advice and related services with respect to the Allocated Portion of the assets of the Fund for the period and on the terms set forth in this Agreement, all subject to the supervision terms and direction of the Advisor and the Trust’s Board of Trusteesconditions contained herein.

Appointment of Sub-Advisor. (a) The Advisor desires to engage and hereby employs the Sub-Advisor, and appoints the Sub-Advisor hereby accepts such employment, to render act as investment advice and related services with respect to sub-advisor for the Allocated Portion emerging markets equity portion of the assets of the Fund that the Advisor determines to allocate to the Sub-Advisor from time to time (referred to herein as the “Sub-Advisory Portfolio”). The Sub-Advisor accepts the appointment and agrees to furnish the services described herein for the period and on the terms compensation set forth in this Agreement, subject to the supervision and direction of the Advisor and the Trust’s Board of Trusteesbelow.

Appointment of Sub-Advisor. (a) The Advisor hereby employs the Sub-Advisor, and the Sub-Advisor hereby accepts such employment, to render investment advice and related services with respect to the Allocated Portion of the assets of the Fund for the period and on the terms set forth in this Agreement, subject to the supervision and direction of the Advisor and the Trust’s 's Board of Trustees. Allocated Portion of the Fund's assets, such Allocated Portion to be specified by the Advisor and subject to periodic increases or decreases at the Advisor's sole discretion.

(a) The Advisor hereby employs appoints the Sub-Advisor, and the Sub-Advisor hereby accepts such employmentappointment, to render investment advice and related services with respect to the Allocated Portion of the assets of the Fund for the period and on the terms set forth in this Agreement, Agreement including Exhibit A and subject to the supervision and direction of the Advisor and the Trust’s Board of Trustees.
