Common use of Appointment of Designated Agent Clause in Contracts

Appointment of Designated Agent. Owner hereby authorizes Managing Broker to appoint the Listing 135 Licensee as Designated Agent for the Owner, to the exclusion of any other licensees associated with 136 Broker. A Designated Agent for the Owner can and will continue to advocate Owner’s interests in a 137 transaction even if a Designated Agent for the tenant (other than the licensee below) is also associated 138 with Broker. The Managing Broker hereby appoints to be the 139 Designated Agent to the Owner in this transaction.

Appointment of Designated Agent. Owner Buyer hereby authorizes Managing Broker to appoint the Listing 135 Selling 146 Licensee as Designated Agent for the OwnerBuyer, to the exclusion of any other licensees associated with 136 Broker. A 147 Designated Agent for the Owner Buyer can and will continue to advocate OwnerBuyer’s interests in a 137 transaction even if a 148 Designated Agent for the tenant Seller (other than the licensee Licensee listed below) is also associated 138 with Broker. The 149 Managing Broker hereby appoints to be 150 the 139 Designated Agent to for the Owner Buyer in this transaction.

Owner Buyer hereby authorizes Managing Broker the Selling Licensee (agent working with Buyer) 155 to appoint become the Listing 135 Licensee as Designated Agent for the OwnerBuyer, to the exclusion of any other licensees licensee associated with 136 Broker, in 156 the event another licensee affiliated with the Broker represents the Seller. A Designated Agent for the Owner Buyer 157 can and will continue to advocate OwnerBuyer’s best interests in a 137 transaction even if a an Agent or Designated Agent 158 for the tenant Seller (other than the licensee belowSelling Licensee) is also associated 138 with Broker. The Managing Broker hereby appoints to be the 139 Designated Agent to the Owner in this transaction.
