APPOINTMENT AND DELIVERY OF DOCUMENTS. (a) The Trust, on behalf of each Fund listed in Appendix IV attached hereto, hereby appoints UFS to provide the Services to the Trust as selected in Appendix IV attached hereto, for the period and on the terms set forth in this Agreement. UFS accepts such appointment and agrees to furnish the services herein set forth in return for the compensation as provided in Section 3 and Appendix IV of this Agreement. A description of all the services offered by UFS is set forth on Appendices I – III.
