APPOINTMENT AND DELIVERY OF DOCUMENTS. (a) The Trust, on behalf of each Fund listed in Schedule A, hereby appoints GFS to provide accounting services for the Trust as described hereinafter, for the period and on the terms set forth in this Agreement. GFS accepts such appointment and agrees to furnish the services herein set forth in return for the compensation as provided in Section 3 of this Agreement.
