Applications of Prepayments and Reductions. (i) Each payment or prepayment of Loans pursuant to this Section 2.09 shall be applied ratably to the respective Loans of all of the Lenders. (ii) Each payment of principal of the Loans shall be made together with interest accrued on the amount repaid to the date of payment. (iii) Each payment of the Loans shall be applied to such Groups of Loans as the Borrower may designate (or, failing such designation, as determined by the Administrative Agent).
