Common use of Application Updates Clause in Contracts

Application Updates. Applicants shall update their applications and supporting documents and maintain current contact information on file on an annual basis. This is the responsibility of the Applicant and not the TDHE. Applicants who have not updated their applications within thirty (30) days of notification of the duty to update will be removed from the waiting list and will have to re-apply to be placed back on the waiting list. These Applicants will receive a new approval date.
