Application Training. Application training is excluded from this agreement but can be taken out separately by the ‘Client’.
Application Training. The Supplier shall perform Application Training for the users specified in Appendix 1. immediately after Approved Acceptance Test. The Application Training, must be of such extent and contents that the participants can: • Operate the Equipment independently, correctly and safely also in acute situ- ations and become familiar with the operation of the Equipment • Setup and optimize all parameters • Perform quality assurance work The Application training shall take place at the Customer's facilities by agreement.

Application Training. 4.1 If Customer has ordered application training, Siemens Healthineers will perform such training at the agreed time in a professional, competent and businesslike manner.
4.2 Customer shall fulfil any contributory obligations in a timely and comprehensive manner which are required for the performance of application training by Siemens Healthineers or otherwise agreed. This includes, but is not limited to, the provision of office space, whiteboards, projectors and other materials and the familiarization of Siemens Healthineers’ personnel with relevant policies applying at Customer’s site.
Application Training. Kanso Software shall conduct training with respect to Kanso Software services to help provide a “quick start” process and improve the overall customer experience.
Application Training. 2.2.1 Pursuant to Exhibit O of the Agreement, SSN will provide training to CPS Energy's staff, to enable the staff to (a) understand key management and operational topics concerning the SSN’s technologies, and (b) train other CPS Energy employees in the use and management of SSN products.
2.2.2 SSN will provide information regarding prerequisite knowledge, experience and/or prior coursework for each course offered.
2.2.3 CPS Energy will provide SSN with a minimum of *** days’ written notice prior to scheduling any of these courses, which will be scheduled at a mutually convenient date and time.
