In connection with the submission of request for approval of a proposed assignment under Article 24.1 or a change of Control of the Contractor under Article 24.2, the Contractor shall provide the CNH with all information (including as to the assignee or Person that will exercise Control over the Contractor) required by the CNH pursuant to the Applicable Laws.
