The Application Support Service clause defines the obligations and scope of support provided for a software application by the service provider. Application Support Service. The application support service includes all applications development and maintenance efforts required to support CSE related functionality and data of the FLORIDA system (i.e. any functionality used by the CSE program). All application support processes for the FLORIDA System will be done in accordance with the DCF/IS Development Methodology and in compliance with Information Systems Standard Operating Procedures and Information Systems Public Assistance and Revenue (ISPAR) Standard Practice Documents, and information presented in its website pages.
