Application Required. An Attachment, Communications Facility, or Network Node for which relocation to an Eligible Pole is contemplated shall be treated as a new Attachment, Communications Facility, or Network Node for all purposes under this Agreement for Application, permitting, installation, and the assessment of Fees and Charges under this Agreement and the Standards.
