Application of the clause. 63.1.1 This clause applies only where the Service Provider deals with Personal Information when, and for the purpose of, providing Services under this Services Agreement, but does not derogate from any obligation the Service Provider may have under the Law or under this Services Agreement in relation to the protection of Personal Information or security.
