Common use of Application for Grants Clause in Contracts

Application for Grants. Pursuant to the Grant Agreements and Grant Legislation, where the Benefciary is eligible to receive Government Grants, the Foundation, as agent of the Trustee, will apply, or will cause the Agent to apply, for Government Grants in respect of the Benefciary upon receiving a written request from the Subscriber and/or the Primary Caregiver of the Benefciary, where required. The Subscriber hereby consents to the Foundation providing, or causing the Agent to provide, any information respecting the Agreement that is required by the applicable Grant Legislation in applying for a Government Grant.
