APPLICATION FOR A VARIANCE. A request for a variance may be initiated by a property owner or his authorized agent by filing an application with the City Manager. The application shall be accompanied by a fee of fifty dollars ($50.00) plus five dollars ($5.00) for the cost of each registered letter required to be sent to affected landowners.
