Common use of Application Charge Clause in Contracts

Application Charge. To qualify for University Housing, CU Boulder may require that the Student remit a payment of $50.00 as a non-refundable application charge. This charge addresses a portion of CU Boulder’s costs to process the Student’s application and deposit. CU Boulder may, at its sole discretion, decide to waive the application charge for all students and will notify Student of any waiver.
