The ORDER PROCESSING CHARGE clause defines a fee that is applied to cover the administrative costs associated with handling and processing customer orders. Typically, this charge is added to each order regardless of the size or value of the goods purchased, and it may be listed as a separate line item on invoices. ORDER PROCESSING CHARGE. H-GAC will apply an Order Processing Charge for each sale done through the H-GAC contract, with the exception of orders for motor vehicles. Any pricing submitted must include this charge amount per the most current H-GAC schedule. For motor vehicle orders, the Processing Charge is paid by the Customer.
