ORDER PROCESSING CHARGE Sample Clauses

The ORDER PROCESSING CHARGE clause defines a fee that is applied to cover the administrative costs associated with handling and processing customer orders. Typically, this charge is added to each order regardless of the size or value of the goods purchased, and it may be listed as a separate line item on invoices. Its core practical function is to ensure that the seller recoups expenses related to order management, thereby clarifying cost allocation and preventing disputes over hidden or unexpected fees.
