Applicable Legislation. (1) If and to the extent that any provision of this indenture limits, qualifies or conflicts with a mandatory requirement of Applicable Legislation, such mandatory requirement shall prevail. (2) The Company and the Warrant Agent agree that each will at all times in relation to this indenture and any action to be taken hereunder observe and comply with and be entitled to the benefits of Applicable Legislation.
