APPLICABLE LAW AND RESOLUTION OF DISPUTES. This Framework Agreement is governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, especially the Civil Code and PPA. The Parties undertake to exert every effort to resolve any mutual disputes resulting from this Framework Agreement. Should the Parties fail to agree on an amicable settlement of a mutual dispute, each of the Parties may seek its rights before a competent court in the Czech Republic; the jurisdiction of a foreign court is excluded. The Parties have agreed that the competent court for judgement of the disputes arising between them under this Framework Agreement is the general court according to the Client’s registered seat. The application of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods of 11 April 1980, known as the Vienna Convention, is excluded by this Framework Agreement.
