Applicable Data. Attached as Exhibit A to this Agreement is a list of all U.S. employees by location, job title and age who were selected for layoff and eligible for the severance benefits so long as they signed a release in a form acceptable to Employer. Attached as Exhibit B is a list of all U.S. employees by location, job title and age who were not selected for layoff and therefore were not eligible for severance benefits.
