I FURTHER AGREE AND ACKNOWLEDGE THAT ANY MODIFICATIONS, MATERIAL OR OTHERWISE, MADE TO THIS AGREEMENT DO NOT RESTART OR AFFECT IN ANY MANNER THE ORIGINAL FORTY FIVE (45) DAY CONSIDERATION PERIOD.
