Common use of Applicable Approvals Clause in Contracts

Applicable Approvals. (a) The Participating ULBs shall, at the request of Concessionaire, facilitate the Concessionaire in procuring of the necessary Applicable Approvals and facilitate the co-ordination with various State and other concerned authorities and agencies and all other assistance and facilities.
