Common use of Applicability to Guarantor Clause in Contracts

Applicability to Guarantor. If a Guarantee has been given with respect to a party and any of the events described in subsections 1(a)(iii) through (ix) and 2(a) occurs with respect to the relevant Guarantor or such Guarantee, the occurrence of such event shall have the same effect as if it had occurred with respect to such party or the Agreement, respectively.
