Common use of Applicability of Rights Clause in Contracts

Applicability of Rights. The holders of the Investment Securities shall be entitled to the following rights with respect to any potential public offering of Ordinary Shares of the Company (or securities representing such Ordinary Shares) in the United States, and to any analogous or equivalent rights with respect to any other offering of shares in any other jurisdiction pursuant to which the Company undertakes to publicly offer or list such securities for trading on a recognized securities exchange.

Applicability of Rights. The holders of the Investment Securities Investor shall be entitled to the following rights with respect to any potential public offering of Ordinary Shares of the Company (or securities representing such Ordinary Shares) in the United States, and to any analogous or equivalent rights with respect to any other offering of shares in any other jurisdiction pursuant to which the Company undertakes to publicly offer or list such securities for trading on a recognized securities exchange.

The holders of the Investment Registrable Securities shall be entitled to the following rights with respect to any potential public offering of Ordinary Shares of the Company (or securities representing such Ordinary Shares) in the United States, and to any analogous or equivalent rights with respect to any other offering of shares in any other jurisdiction pursuant to which the Company undertakes to publicly offer or list such securities for trading on a recognized securities exchange.

The holders of the Investment Securities Preferred Shares shall be entitled to the following rights with respect to any potential public offering of Ordinary Shares of the Company (or securities representing such Ordinary Shares) in the United States, and to any analogous or equivalent rights with respect to any other offering of shares in any other jurisdiction pursuant to which the Company undertakes to publicly offer or list such securities for trading on a recognized securities exchange.
