Common use of Appliance Clause in Contracts

Appliance. The delivery date for an Appliance depends on the delivery date of the hardware manufacturer Dell. Exasol will inform Customer as soon as possible about a possible delivery date. Unless otherwise provided for in the Order, the Hardware/Appliance will be shipped at the expense of Customer. In addition, Customer bears the cost of any customs duties, taxes and other governmental charges. The risk will be transferred to the Customer as soon as Hardware/Appliance is handed over to the person in charge of its transportation. Exasol retains ownership of the Hardware/Appliance until full payment of the agreed purchase price.
