APPENDIX E. The following books and records pertaining to Fund shall be prepared and maintained by the Custodian and shall be the property of the Fund: None. CERTIFICATION The undersigned, Xxxxxx X. RESOLVED, that The Bank of New York, as Custodian pursuant to a Custody Agreement to be entered between The Bank of New York and the Fund substantially the form of such agreement presented to this meeting, (the "Custody Agreement"), is authorized and instructed on a continuous and ongoing basis to deposit in the Book-Entry System, as defined in the Custody Agreement, all Securities eligible for deposit therein, regardless of the Series to which the same are specifically allocated, and to utilize the Book-Entry System to the extent possible in connection with its performance thereunder, including, without limitation, in connection with settlements of purchases and sales of Securities, loans of Securities, and deliveries and returns of Securities collateral.
