APPENDIX E MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING. This is to acknowledge the parties’ mutual interest in promoting the City’s Affirmative Action program. In the pursuit of this interest, the Union may request and shall be granted periodic meetings with the Director of Human Resources or his or her designee. Such meetings are intended to allow the Union a forum in which it can make recommendations concerning the City’s Affirmative Action program and ways to further implementation of its goals.
