Appeals to the Special Master. 13.6 Any Claimant or Next Friend who submits a timely Reconsideration Request pursuant to this Article may appeal the Claims Administrator’s Reconsideration Notice relating to that Reconsideration Request to the Special Master. Additional provisions or requirements relating to appeals by Minors and LIIs are set forth in Article XXI–Minors and LIIs.
