Appeal from Board of Trustees Decision. Pursuant to RCW 34.05 as now existing or hereafter amended, any party shall have the right to appeal the final decision of the Board within thirty (30) days after service of the final decision. The filing of an appeal shall not stay enforcement of the decision of the Board.
