Common use of Apartment Buildings Clause in Contracts

Apartment Buildings. (a) Household furniture and effects of the Tenant, shall not be taken into or removed from the Unit except at such times and in such manner as may be previously consented to and approved by the landlord, and all damage to the Unit or to the building of which they form a part caused by moving such furniture and effects into or out of the Unit shall be made good by the Tenant.
