Common use of Any Other Termination Clause in Contracts

Any Other Termination. In the event your employment with the Company terminates for any reason other than by the Company without Cause pursuant to Section 9(b) of this Letter Agreement, by you for Good Reason pursuant to Section 9(c) of this Letter Agreement, or by the Company due to your disability or death pursuant to Section 9(e) of this Letter Agreement, the Company shall pay you the Accrued Compensation. For purposes of this Letter Agreement, “Accrued Compensation” means any base salary earned but not paid through the date of the termination of employment and an amount equal to the value of any vacation time accrued but unused as of such date.
