Common use of Any Other Termination Clause in Contracts

Any Other Termination. If Executive is terminated during the term of this Agreement following a Change in Control for any reason other than set forth in Section 4(a) or 4(b), Executive shall be entitled to receive his accrued unpaid base salary through the Date of Termination, any prior year bonus earned but not paid and the any Change of Control Bonus if and to the extent it has not been paid, all of the foregoing payable in a lump sum within ten days of the Date of Termination, and any other benefits under other plans and programs of the Company in accordance with their terms, and the Company and its affiliates will have no further obligations under this Agreement with respect to Executive following the Date of Termination.
