Common use of Antisolicitation Clause in Contracts

Antisolicitation. Employee promises and agrees that during the Term of this Agreement and for the twenty-four (24) month period commencing on the Termination Date, he will not influence or attempt to influence customers or suppliers of the Company or any of its present or future subsidiaries or affiliates, either directly or indirectly, to divert their business to any individual, partnership, firm, corporation or other entity then in competition with the Company, or any subsidiary or affiliate of the Company.

Antisolicitation. Employee promises and agrees that during the Term term of this Agreement Agreement, and for a period of two (2) years after the twenty-four (24) month period commencing on the Termination Datetermination of this Agreement, he will not influence solicit or attempt to influence solicit customers or suppliers of the Company or any of its present or future subsidiaries or affiliates, either directly or indirectly, to divert their business to any individual, partnership, firm, corporation or other entity then in competition with the business of the Company, or any subsidiary or affiliate of the Company.

Antisolicitation. Employee promises and agrees that during the Term term of this Agreement and for a period of 12 months after the twenty-four (24) month period commencing on the Termination Datetermination of his employment, he will not personally influence or attempt to influence customers or suppliers of the Company or any of its present or future subsidiaries or affiliates, either directly or indirectly, to divert their business away from the Company to any individual, partnership, firm, corporation or other entity then in competition with the business of the Company, or any subsidiary or affiliate of the Company.

Antisolicitation. Employee promises and agrees that during the Term term of this Agreement or renewal in accordance with Section VI above, and for the twenty-four a period of twelve (2412) month period commencing on the Termination Datemonths thereafter, he will not influence or attempt to influence customers or suppliers of the Company or any of its present or future subsidiaries or affiliates, either directly or indirectly, to divert their business to any individual, partnership, firm, corporation or other entity then in competition with the business of the Company, or any subsidiary or affiliate of the Company.

Employee promises and agrees that during the Term term of this Agreement Agreement, and for a period of one (1) year after the twenty-four (24) month period commencing on the Termination Datetermination or expiration of this Agreement, he will not influence solicit or attempt to influence solicit customers or suppliers of the Company or any of its present or future subsidiaries or affiliates, either directly or indirectly, to divert their business to any individual, partnership, firm, corporation or other entity then in competition with the business of the Company, or any subsidiary or affiliate of the Company.

Antisolicitation. Employee promises and agrees that during the Term term of this Agreement or renewal in accordance with Section VI above, and for the a period of twenty-four (24) month period commencing on the Termination Datemonths thereafter, he she will not influence or attempt to influence customers or suppliers of the Company or any of its present or future subsidiaries or affiliates, either directly or indirectly, to divert their business to any individual, partnership, firm, corporation or other entity then in competition with the business of the Company, or any subsidiary or affiliate of the Company.
