Common use of Antisolicitation Clause in Contracts

Antisolicitation. Employee promises and agrees that during the term of this Agreement he will not influence or attempt to influence customers or suppliers of the Company or any of its present or future subsidiaries or affiliates, either directly or indirectly, to divert their business to any individual, partnership, firm, corporation or other entity then in competition with the business of the Company, or any subsidiary or affiliate of the Company.

Antisolicitation. Employee promises and agrees that during the term of this Agreement he will not influence or attempt to influence customers or suppliers of the Company or any of its present or future subsidiaries or affiliates, either directly or indirectly, to divert their business to any individual, partnership, firm, corporation or other entity then in competition with the business of the Company, or any subsidiary or affiliate of the Company.

Employee promises and agrees that during the term of this Agreement Agreement, and for a period of two (2) years after the termination of this Agreement, he will not influence solicit or attempt to influence solicit customers or suppliers of the Company or any of its present or future subsidiaries or affiliates, either directly or indirectly, to divert their business to any individual, partnership, firm, corporation or other entity then in competition with the business of the Company, or any subsidiary or affiliate of the Company.

Antisolicitation. The Employee promises and agrees that during the term of this Agreement he Agreement, and for a period of two years thereafter, she will not influence or attempt to influence customers employees, customers, franchisees, landlords, or suppliers of the Company or any of its present or future subsidiaries or affiliates, either directly or indirectly, to divert their employment or business to or with any individual, partnership, firm, corporation or other entity then in competition with the business of the Company, or any subsidiary or affiliate of the Company.

Antisolicitation. Employee promises and agrees that during the term of this Agreement and for a period of 12 months after the termination of his employment, he will not personally influence or attempt to influence customers or suppliers of the Company or any of its present or future subsidiaries or affiliates, either directly or indirectly, to divert their business away from the Company to any individual, partnership, firm, corporation or other entity then in competition with the business of the Company, or any subsidiary or affiliate of the Company.

Antisolicitation. Employee promises and agrees that during the term of this Agreement Agreement, he will not influence or attempt to influence any customers or suppliers of the Company Employer or any of its present or future subsidiaries or affiliates, either directly or indirectly, to divert their business to any business, individual, partnership, firm, corporation corporation, or other entity that is then in competition with the Employer's business of the Company, or any subsidiary or affiliate of the CompanyEmployer.

Employee promises and agrees that during the term of this Agreement Agreement, and for a period of one year thereafter, he will not influence or attempt to influence customers or suppliers of the Company or any of its present or future subsidiaries or affiliatessubsidiaries, either directly or indirectly, to divert their business to any individual, partnership, firm, corporation or other entity then in competition with the business of the Company, or any subsidiary or affiliate of the Company.

Employee promises and agrees that during the term of this Agreement or renewal in accordance with Section VI above, he will not influence or attempt to influence customers or suppliers of the Company or any of its present or future subsidiaries or affiliates, either directly or indirectly, to divert their business to any individual, partnership, firm, corporation or other entity then in competition with the business of the Company, or any subsidiary or affiliate of the Company.

Employee promises and agrees that during the term of this Agreement Agreement, and for a period of one (1) year after the termination or expiration of this Agreement, he will not influence solicit or attempt to influence solicit customers or suppliers of the Company or any of its present or future subsidiaries or affiliates, either directly or indirectly, to divert their business to any individual, partnership, firm, corporation or other entity then in competition with the business of the Company, or any subsidiary or affiliate of the Company.

Employee promises and agrees that during the term of while this Agreement continues in effect, he will not influence or attempt to influence customers or suppliers of the Company or any of its present or future subsidiaries or affiliates, either directly or indirectly, to divert their business to any individual, partnership, firm, corporation corporation, or other entity then in competition with the business of the Company, or any subsidiary or affiliate affiliates of the Company.

Antisolicitation. The Employee promises and agrees that during the term of this Agreement Agreement, and for a period of two years thereafter, he will not influence or attempt to influence customers employees, customers, franchisees, landlords, or suppliers of the Company or any of its present or future subsidiaries or affiliates, either directly or indirectly, to divert their employment or business to or with any individual, partnership, firm, corporation or other entity then in competition with the business of the Company, or any subsidiary or affiliate of the Company.

Antisolicitation. Employee promises and agrees that during the term Term of this Agreement Agreement, he will not influence or attempt to influence customers customers, clients, partners, investors, or suppliers joint venturers of the Company or any of its present or future subsidiaries or affiliates, either directly or indirectly, to divert their business or investments to any individual, partnership, firm, business, corporation or other entity then in direct or indirect competition with the business of the Company, or any subsidiary or affiliate of the Company.
