Common use of Anti-Solicitation Clause in Contracts

Anti-Solicitation. The Employee promises and agrees that during the term of this Agreement Employee will not influence or attempt to influence customers or suppliers of the Company or any of its present or future subsidiaries or affiliates, either directly or indirectly, to divert their business to any individual, partnership, firm, corporation or other entity then in competition with the business of the Company or any subsidiary or affiliate of the Company.

Anti-Solicitation. The Employee promises and agrees that during the term of this Agreement Employee or renewal in accordance with Section VI above, he will not influence or attempt to influence customers or suppliers of the Company or any of its present or future subsidiaries or affiliates, either directly or indirectly, indirectly to divert their business to any individual, partnership, firm, corporation or other entity then in competition with the business of the Company Company, or any subsidiary or affiliate of the Company.
