Common use of Annual Test Clause in Contracts

Annual Test. The District will provide an annual backflow test to customers as per ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Water District’s Cross- Connection Control Program. Testing may require the District to have access to locked facilities. If access is not obtained or the customer is non-responsive, additional fees may apply. The fee per test is based on administrative and testing costs incurred. The same fee will be assessed regardless of the assembly size.
